White Cat Keeper of the House

My name is Cia, since I was little I really liked cute, adorable and also cute animals which are none other than “Cats”. I live in a house that is neither too big nor too small, but this house is very comfortable for me. My family consists of 5 people namely father, mother, me and my two younger siblings. My two younger siblings named Sella and Silla are twins. My sister and I are only 2 years apart and we go to the same school. Sella and Silla often brought wild animals to their homes.

At that time they brought butterflies that were in the yard in the house. Of course, my mother immediately scolded my two younger siblings. To be honest, mom doesn’t like wild animals. Sella and Silla rushed to take the butterfly to be flown into the wild. Their faces looked sad when releasing these very beautiful butterflies. They immediately went into the house and the mother asked about the animal.

“Have the butterflies that you caught earlier been flown back to nature?”

With gloomy faces, Sella and Silla answered “Yes ma’am”

“Okay then, don’t let mom see you put animals from outside into the house”

“Understood children?” Mother asked firmly

“Yes, understand ma’am” they replied firmly

As an older brother, I feel sorry to see them being scolded like that. But what else can an older brother have to set a good example for his younger sibling. I always obey my mother’s orders, especially the prohibition against bringing wild animals into the house. After 1 month, now my two younger siblings are throwing tantrums again. This time, they brought a stray cat to the house who knows who the owner of the cat is. The cat looked very pale and lethargic as if it hadn’t been fed in weeks.

But strangely, this time the mother was not angry because she saw the cat’s condition, which was very apprehensive. Mother immediately asked Sella and Silla to bring the cat in. Meanwhile, Dad immediately rushed to the pet store to buy some cat food and toys. 20 minutes later, dad was back home carrying 2 large plastic bags. My two younger siblings and I immediately approached my father and took the cat food that was in the plastic.

The cat eats very voraciously. The father suggested that we as a family could keep the cat. Mother, me and my two younger siblings nodded in agreement. We immediately discussed the name to be given to the cat.

“Hmm, daddy has a good idea”

“What’s the idea, don’t be weird,” replied the twins

“Yes, seriously this time, it’s true,” replied the father while laughing

Mom smiled a little seeing the behavior of father and son

“How about we name the cat Moli? Do you agree?”

“This time, it’s a brilliant idea hehe” I replied

“Agreed,” replied the twins in unison

As the days go by, Moli’s body is getting better. Moli looks fuller and fresher like a purebred cat. Every morning until evening Moli is always on standby to look after the house. He’s been brought in many times, but Moli is happy to be outside and keeping watch. Maybe Moli wants to return the favor to my family. Often my neighbors also ask the white cat that is in my house. My neighbor said that the white cat was very cute and adorable.

Once upon a time, our family decided to go on vacation to the beach and villas. But we don’t bring Moli because the villa doesn’t allow pets. Finally, our Moli lives on the terrace of our house. Moli’s food and drink for the next 3 days has been prepared. We rushed into the car and left with sad faces because we were worried about Moli who was left alone.

One day my father received a phone call from our next door neighbor that our beloved white cat was missing and missing. We went home right then and there, and when we got to my father’s house we immediately checked the CCTV to make sure Moli was missing. As it turns out, Moli was kidnapped by someone we don’t know. Finally, mom and dad went to the police station to report the loss of our cat. We are very sad that the white cat that we love with all our hearts was just taken away by irresponsible people.

The police helped by scattering pieces of paper taped to electric poles in every alley of the house. After 3 months, suddenly an unknown person arrived at our house. The man admitted himself that he was guilty of bringing this white cat to live with him. He admitted that he kidnapped this cat because he really likes our cat who is good at guarding the house.

He admits that he has been watching Moli from a distance and has been strategizing for a long time. Then, that person apologized profusely to our family and begged not to put him in jail. After discussing, our family agreed to make peace and forgive the person, the most important thing is that our white cat “Moli” has returned.
