Global Warming to Global Boiling, Is the Earth Doing Well?

0

Year by year, temperatures of the earth are rising. The Hotter and hotter we might feel in a day. The Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) predicts that the rainy season in Indonesia in 2023 will start in early November-December, and the peak of the rainy season will happen in January-February 2024. Why is this happening to the earth? Let’s find out!

We have heard a lot about global warming in recent years. There are many socializations about global warming and movements to prevent global warming. So, what is global warming? According to National Geographic, global warming is the long-term warming of the earth’s temperature. Excessive heat in the atmosphere causes global average temperatures to increase over time. The causes of global warming are the greenhouse effect and climate change.

The heat of the earth is becoming more and more intolerable. The data from BMKG said on October 19, 2023, almost all areas of Java Island, Indonesia, are now experiencing long rainless days with peak heat reaching 39 degrees Celsius. The temperature is too extreme for Indonesia, which has a tropical climate with an average temperature of 23-28 degrees Celsius (Indonesia Travel, 2023).

With the extreme temperature, the earth is entering the global boiling era. The global boiling reflects the transition from global warming to periods of more intense heat waves, climate-related disasters, and extreme weather patterns. We should be aware of the change from global warming to the global boiling era because the Earth will become uninhabitable, so the population on the Earth will be gone forever.

So, what do things do to reduce global boiling? First, we should be aware of the news and updates about global boiling. Then, we should reduce the use of non-renewable energy and change it into renewable energy like solar, wind, and water. Next, we should eliminate waste and save the environment. Every little step to save the earth matters. So, protect the Earth now!
