In a lecture environment, students usually study science according to the major they choose. Studying will help someone prepare for a better career and job in the future. In classroom learning, lecturers also train students to express themselves positively in public to improve their public speaking and self-confidence. Apart from lectures, there are also student organizations to optimize interests and talents as a forum for developing one’s potential. It would really be a loss if you were just a student who went straight home after college.

Lectures and organizations are two things that are equally important. Studying while organizing can help students improve and develop their social skills. Some universities also require students to collect points from internships, seminars, or committees from organizations. Studying while organizing is of course very important because students will gain experience and various benefits. By organizing, students are also more productive in utilizing their free time.

Indirectly, organizing also teaches students to be disciplined and smart in managing and appreciating time. They can learn to divide their time between lectures, organizations and other activities. Apart from that, students will interact socially and build relationships with many people with different backgrounds in an organization. This teaches us to work together in a team where we can give advice, listen and exchange opinions with others.

Apart from that, being organized is also useful if we want to look for work or start a business because we were previously in the same organization. When we apply for a job, we can show our experience through a curriculum vitae (CV) that we have participated in an organization, this proves that we are someone who can be responsible for the tasks in that organization.
