Mundu Village is one of the villages in Tulung District, Klaten Regency, Central Java Province. This village has hidden potential in the agricultural sector and in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). However, most residents still have minimal use of digital technology to market products, they only market their products traditionally, such as by word of mouth or in local markets. This is due to the lack of digital literacy among MSME entrepreneurs in Mundu which can limit their market reach and hamper the potential for increasing income.

This activity takes the form of outreach regarding digital marketing stages, especially on the WhatsApp Business platform. After the event ended, the service team assisted in creating a WhatsApp Business account directly from participants. Apart from that, MSME entrepreneurs are expected to know the optimal use of digital technology regarding marketing their products so that they can equip MSME entrepreneurs with knowledge and creativity in marketing their packaged products through digital marketplaces and can then increase income through marketing system innovation.
